Beautiful rooftop restaurant with views over Florence. Good was very good and wine was fairly priced. Service excellent. I would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence looking for something a little extra in the evening.
You are paying for the view. The food is tasty and the wine pairing was perfect. For me personally, the experience was not great because they let people smoke at their table and when I am eating, I really don't want to be breathing in other people's smoke, especially at this price.
We visited B-roof during our stay in Firenze and couldn’t have been happier. We booked a few weeks ahead and asked for a “front row seat” which we definitely got! The team was very kind and alert, we ordered the seasons new tasting menu and were not disappointed. Everything was well put together and tasted amazing, we enjoyed every single course. Its definitely worth it if you can plan ahead, we can only recommend this restaurant; not only for the food and the view but also the very welcoming team.
I reserved table online 2 days advance.Food was good so does the view. However I feel like there are something I need to mention if you are not white. We found us were the only Asian and the only color customers in the restaurant. And probably there is a reason. We arrived early before the restaurant open we waited in the bar it’s ok no one reminder us it’s time. we figured out the time then moved to the restaurant when there were 3 tables of customers seated widow seats. we been offered the “third “ row of seats from window, and refused to gave me window seats. Maybe the window seats need “very special reservations”?? I didn’t see that option when I made online reservations and offering us the “third row “from the window I feel offended. We ended up changed seat the second row . We ordered the duck breast and lamb. The duck breast were soft and juicy inside with nicely seared outside. Good job on that. Lamb could be little more seasoned in my opinion, but still good. The starter pumpkin risotto was great 👍 they split it for us that’s a very nice In general we enjoyed our food.
We had dinner here during the New Year holiday and truly enjoyed everything — delicious food, wonderful music, and even the fireworks over the Duomo, which made the evening absolutely magical. In addition, the staff’s hospitality was exceptional from start to finish. When I told them in advance that I was planning to propose, they truly made the moment unforgettable. They prepared a “Will you marry me?” plate, arranged the best seat with an amazing view, and even helped record a video of the proposal. Special thanks to Alessandro for his professional and warm support throughout the entire experience. Furthermore, the surrounding guests also joined in to congratulate our proposal, which made the moment even more emotional and memorable. Thank you for providing us with such a beautiful and unforgettable moment. I truly hope we can stay here again to relive these wonderful memories.
