Amazing food and a beautiful atmosphere! I had the Tagliata with arugula and Parmesan, and it was one of the best meals I’ve had in Florence. The meat was perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. A special thank you to Emilio for his exceptional service—he was kind, attentive, and made my dinner even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
The texture of the pasta was just ✨️✨️✨️ tasted good but i would prefer to share a portion for two since the pasta i ordered was creamy and quite oily from the cheese and pork. Panna cotta was okay, not to sweet (which I like), only the bottom part of it was not silky / smooth enough. The taste of the basil lingered for some time and kind of overpowering the dessert itself (for my preference), but some may find it pleasant. The staff recommended me their best-selling pasta and very helpful in explaining each menus when I told him I'm allergic to beef (very considerate towards a tourist like me, which I appreciate a lot 👌🏻 Grazie !) Sorry for giving 4 stars for the atmosphere as some people smoked while eating. Since it's a semi-open air trattoria, people who sit inside can also smell the tobacco. Overall, i still had a good experience here and will definitely come back for another one.
This was our first restaurant we went to in Florence and I’m so glad we picked this place! Highly recommend getting coccoli, it was absolutely elite! The lasagna was the best we’ve had, the pesto was great and the tiramisu just topped it off! Will be back next time we are in Italy
Very cute but food wasn’t worth the meal like boiled pasta would have been better and cheaper Bruschetta was alright, bread was kinda dry. But that’s Italian style so I’m not dinging them for that. Risotto pretty terrible. The ricotta itself was honestly great even if a tad too salty. But the mushrooms were canned mushrooms and way too salty, I literally had to pick them out!! Minus 2 stars for that based on the price of the dish. The carbonara would have been so perfect cus I loved the crispy meat but the crispy meat alas was too salty. Minus half a star for that. There are business cards at the front for 20% off if you come back. Even with the 20% off unfortunately this was the worst value meal I’ve had. Youre probably fine if you love really salty things and aren’t from California. 2 stars because id rather pay €20 per person (split 2 ways) for a bowl of milk and cereal than our meal.
Great little fine. The menu has a lot of Florence only type of dishes. Tuscan soup is flavorful and filling. Service about all else. Great wine list from the area.
