This is a sweet location right next to a wonderful Piazza and great shopping. There is no elevator and we had heavy bags. The poor lady at check-in tried to help us with those, but it was hard to get them up the stairs.
We had the best location ever. You wake up in the morning, go downstairs and you are in the middle of everything. Definitely saved us a lot of time.
This hotel is in a prime location to walk around Florence. There is an elevator although you have to still walk up stairs to get access. Staff very helpful and friendly. Beds comfortable and room very clean.
The location was perfect walkable everywhere. The service in the hotel was also great. Helped us to book some of the sights as it was a last minute trip and restaurants. Room were modern and spacious
Comfy beds, great service by allowing us to leave our luggage after check out to sightseeing, also allowing us entrance to use the bathroom in hallway..great restaurants as soon as you step out the door, wonderful area, Ponte Vecchio Bridge (loads of shopping) only a stone's throw away!!
