Our journey kicks off with a minivan transportation from Florence, to avoid the city traffic and start our bike ride from a peaceful village in the Chianti Classico, called Sant’ Andrea in Percussina. Here we have a briefing to see how an e-bike works, with general safety rules to keep during the ride. The e-bikes make the ride easy for everyone: the powerful pedal-assist technology pushes you up the hills with little effort; follow your guide in an exhilarating ride, framed by the breathtaking views of the Tuscan hills, vineyards and olive groves in the area of San Casciano. In the middle of the ride, we stop at a small family-run typical local farm for an exclusive taste of extra-virgin olive oil Chianti Classico DOP and local cheese. Here, you have the opportunity to savor the authentic flavors of Tuscan food, paired with exquisite extra- virgin olive oil. This stop is also an opportunity to see how a traditional business keeps working on top quality products from 200 years, while relaxing and enjoying the calm of the countryside. Now we are ready for the second part of the ride: our tour continues with a delightful ride through the beautiful Tuscan landscapes, framed by the rolling hills, in the direction of a “Borgo”, a little village consisting of stone houses, surrounded by the vineyards. We have the opportunity to explore the historical cellars of a family-owned winery. Here, we immerse ourselves in a lunch crafted from fresh, high-quality ingredients, all while savoring a curated selection of their exquisite local Chianti Classico DOCG wines. Enjoy your meal, surrounded by magical views over the vineyards. To complete the experience, your tour includes a visit to the Machiavelli's House, where we can admire the original furnishings,and immersing yourself in the unique atmosphere of the XVI Century. As the visit concludes,prepare to be transported back to Florence in total comfort via minivan.Includes
