Description

We make an introduction and a summary of all the things we will do; we cook together two types of pasta all in the traditional way using only the hands without machinery or anything else, we tell the steps, we prepare the dessert all together and in the end we eat it all. During the lesson we also taste two types of wine; Red and White.
