• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session to complete any necessary forms and settle in. A waiver will need to be signed before starting your session. If you have any prior injuries or health concerns, please inform the instructor before the class. The session is available in English, and we kindly ask you to wear comfortable activewear and bring grip socks for safety.
