Cook a Traditional Tuscan Feast Back at our welcoming cooking school, it’s time to get hands-on. Under the guidance of your chef, roll and cut fresh tagliatelle, stir a slow-simmered ragù, and craft ravioli with a delicate tomato sauce. Finally, layer mascarpone, cocoa, and coffee into a classic tiramisù—Italy’s most loved dessert.
