Description
Experience Florence like never before with an unforgettable combination of sightseeing, culture, and authentic Italian cooking. Our Golf Cart & Pasta Making Class is designed to give you a complete taste of the city—from its iconic landmarks to its rich culinary traditions. Your journey begins in the heart of Florence aboard a comfortable, eco-friendly golf cart. Guided by a friendly, English-speaking local, you’ll cruise through the city’s charming streets and squares, stopping to admire Florence’s most celebrated sites. Along the way, your guide will share fascinating stories, history, and fun facts that bring the city to life in a unique and engaging way. We’ll pause outside the Santa Trinita Bridge to soak in postcard-perfect views of the Ponte Vecchio and the Arno River, hearing about Florence’s long relationship with the river and its famous floods. Then, we’ll stop near the Duomo, where you’ll learn about the incredible history of St. John’s Baptistery, Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral, and Brunelleschi’s revolutionary dome. Next, we’ll ride up to Piazzale Michelangelo, one of the most breathtaking panoramic viewpoints in all of Italy. From this hilltop terrace, you’ll have time to enjoy an unforgettable view over the Florence skyline—an ideal moment for photos and pure appreciation of the city’s beauty. We’ll also visit Santa Croce Church—viewed from the outside—to admire its magnificent façade and learn about the historical figures buried within, including Michelangelo and Galileo. Finally, we’ll pass through the vibrant Piazza della Repubblica, the city’s former Roman forum and now a hub of culture, cafés, and local life. After the tour, just a short walk from the Duomo, the second half of your experience begins: a hands-on pasta making class in a cozy and authentic kitchen studio. Under the guidance of our local chefs, you’ll learn to make pasta from scratch—mixing, kneading, and rolling the dough to create two delicious types: Pappardelle and Ravioli filled with spinach and Ricotta cheese. To complete the culinary journey, you’ll make the ultimate Italian dessert—Tiramisu—using creamy mascarpone and espresso-soaked Lady Fingers biscuits. Throughout the class, enjoy unlimited Tuscan wine, served as you cook and when you sit down to enjoy your freshly made feast. It’s more than a class or a tour—it’s a true taste of Florence, and a memory you’ll never forget.Includes
