Guided by a friendly, English-speaking local, you’ll cruise through the city’s charming streets and squares, stopping to admire Florence’s most celebrated sites. Along the way, your guide will share fascinating stories, history, and fun facts that bring the city to life in a unique and engaging way. We’ll pause outside the Santa Trinita Bridge to soak in postcard-perfect views of the Ponte Vecchio and the Arno River, hearing about Florence’s long relationship with the river and its famous floods. After the tour, just a short walk from the Duomo, the second half of your experience begins: a hands-on pasta making class in a cozy and authentic kitchen studio. Under the guidance of our local chefs, you’ll learn to make pasta from scratch—mixing, kneading, and rolling the dough to create two delicious types: Pappardelle and Ravioli filled with spinach and Ricotta cheese. To complete the culinary journey, you’ll make the ultimate Italian dessert—Tiramisu—using creamy mascarpone and espresso-soaked Lady Fingers biscuits.
