Alongside your pizzaiolo (pizza maker), you’ll make your very own pizza by stretching it, saucing it, baking it, and slicing it. It is bound to be among the best pizzas you’ve ever tasted, and the best part is that you will have created it all by yourself. Following your pizza creation, your chef will tell you how to make authentic gelato, Italy’s favorite dessert. You will learn about the development and application of natural colors as well as the heating and freezing techniques, including how these techniques have different effects on ingredients.
