Important Information

  • On the first Sunday of each month, entrance is free of charge, but as tickets can't be reserved ahead of time, entry is not guaranteed

  • The guided service may be exceptionally provided in two languages due to operational reasons
  • A minimum number of participants is required to confirm the tour. If the minimum is not reached, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.
  • To confirm a booking the following details are mandatory for all the participants: First Name – Last Name – Date of Birth – Passport/ID Nr – A valid mobile phone number (*that shall be able to receive communication while in Italy) – Email address (*that the client is able to check while in Italy) In the event, that one or more details are missing, the booking cannot be considered confirmed.
  • It is mandatory to present an original identity document.
