  • - Wear comfortable shoes as there is a significant amount of walking. - Climbing the dome involves 463 steps, ensure you are physically prepared. - The tour starts early to avoid crowds, be on time to enjoy the full experience. - No backpacks are allowed inside. - Ticket and security checks are mandatory before the tour - The Cathedral and the crypt remain closed on Sundays and during Christian holidays - Shoulders and knees must be covered to get into the cathedral's ground floor, baptistery, and crypt, but not required in other sites of the dome - The Cathedral may be closed for liturgical reasons without notice -The 3-day pass availability start from the morning date you reserved - The Baptistery is undergoing restoration of the mosaics of the vault. - Every first Sunday of the month the Baptistery will close at 2.00 pm. - The Museum is closed on the first Tuesday of each month.
