100% recommend grabbing dinner here during your stay in Florence! I ended up eating here twice during my time in Florence because I couldn’t stop thinking about my first meal here. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and when I returned for my second meal they remembered me from the first night! If you have to wait for a table, they provide glasses of wine on the house. I was lucky to not have to wait either time, but I was still treated to a glass of wine on the house and a melonchello after my meal! The first night I had the Bruchetta and the Ravioli with Spinach and they were both incredible! The second night I had the Spaghetti Aglio and it was just as good, with the tiramisu for dessert. Please please enjoy a meal here!
This is such a cute small place for a delicious authentic Italian dinner! They were so inviting and the service was outstanding. They are very responsive and attentive, but not overbearing or trying to upsell. It was a great experience and the food was delicious. The gnocchi melted in your mouth and the tiramisu was homemade and to die for. If you are looking for a true Italian experience for a reasonable price with great atmosphere, we could not recommend this place more!!!
We had a wonderful dinner at Osteria Dei Medici in Florence on 2 June. Everything was excellent from start to finish. We really enjoyed the tuna salad, which was fresh, generous, and full of flavor. The cold cuts and cheese platter was also very good, with a great selection of cured meats, cheese, bruschetta, pickles, and accompaniments. The highlight of the evening was definitely their signature pasta, prepared and served in a large Parmigiano Reggiano cheese wheel. It was delicious, rich, creamy, and beautifully finished at the table — a great experience and a dish we would happily order again. The service was warm and professional, and the atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming. Overall, a great place for authentic food, good wine, and a memorable dinner in Florence. Highly recommended.
Eating here was not just a meal, it was an experience. The food was absolutely delicious! Sooo flavorful!! Adaem did a fantastic job of preparing and plating the pasta. The service was wonderful. All in all I highly recommend eating here!
This place was amazing!!! The staff was so welcoming + friendly. The food tasted so authentic & delicious. It is a good price for what you get and the ambiance is great. Definitely will be coming back!
