Ate here with my husband and two kids. We love sushi and this restaurant exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious. Every dish was unique and flavorful. The staff was also super warm and attentive, answering all of our questions and coming up with options when we needed some adjustments. Really glad we found this spot and would recommend to anyone in Florence. Thanks for a wonderful dinner and evening!

UNDERRATED. SO WORTH THE MONEY. yellowtail carpaccio with truffle oil. We ordered it twice it was so delicious.
Loved this place so much I ate here three times in one week! The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and I really loved the Brazilian-style sushi. The sashimi was excellent, and the hand rolls were a standout. So many great options. My only regret is not getting to try the hot food. The grill is only open in the evening, and I especially wish I’d had time to try the picanha. My first order was take-away via Deliveroo, and I was genuinely impressed with how thoughtfully everything was packed. The second visit was lunch before a group cooking class, and when that meal didn’t go as planned, I came back again in the evening for a snack and take-away for a midnight bite before an early flight. Accessibility & Comfort: Front tables have pull-away chairs that can be removed for wheelchair users. The benches are some of the most comfortable I’ve ever sat on, with great back support and comfort for hips and lower body. A perfect stop if you need a rest after a long day of sightseeing. Service: Valentino and the rest of the staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful, and made every visit a great experience. Highly recommend. I’ll absolutely return anytime I’m in Florence! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We ended up going here twice in a row: once for dinner, and then the next lunch because everything was so good. We had the Picanha, California maki roll, and the Tropical Tuna Poke bowl the next day, and everything was excellent!
