This is definitely a five-star restaurant and probably the best in the Piazza della Signoria. They have a beautiful outdoor seating area, great service and food is top notch! You must try two menus items: mussels and their ceazer salad; yes ceazer salad. The vinaigrette they use is amazing, fresh and tastes very light!
Just returned from our Italy vacation! We came here twice during our visit to Florence because the experience was so wonderful. We were greeted each time by the sweetest hostess. The location overlooking the square is beautiful and perfect for people-watching. Lorenzo and Don were attentive, funny, and made every visit so enjoyable. The food was delicious—the pesto pasta, burrata, and Hugo Spritz were all standouts. Great customer service is hard to find, and Osteria dell’Orcagna exceeded our expectations. We absolutely loved Florence, and this restaurant made our trip even more special. We highly recommend it! Look forward to returning again!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Runy, Christina, Zachy had an amazing and personality and were very attentive. The food was delicious and truly unbeatable compared to Venice. Florence is a must visit especially this restaurant. We were reeled in & we’re glad we went in! They gave us a table inside & the service was TOP TiER! Ronni was a phenomenal server, always checked on us to make sure everyting was good. The spaghetti was delicious & my mom says the pork was so good you had to suck on the bone. The wine was exquisite! Highly recommend 100/100
Wow, for being right in the middle of a touristy area, this place has some of the warmest staff I’ve come across. So attentive and genuinely welcoming, and they even surprised us with complimentary limoncello for my friend’s birthday, which felt really thoughtful. The wine window is easily the best in town, and the whole place has this lively, effortless energy. Perfect spot to people watch.
