Our best experience in italy by far! Food was inspiring and delish! Great atmosphere for intimate dinner, served us little add-ons to start and finish, very attentive and explained every balancing flavor of dishes. They even made us the tuna that was off menu. Would love to come back!

It was absolutely lovely! I came for the wine window, but it was closed… When I rang the bell hoping to take a video, they still greeted me with a smile despite being closed and let me place an order. They also took stylish photos for me from inside through the wine window. I highly recommend it. I visited twice ♡

This was easily one of my favorite dining experiences in Florence, and honestly, in all of Italy. My partner and I stumbled in around 8:30 pm, hungry and hopeful, and ended up having a truly unforgettable Tuscan dining experience. From the start, the service was impeccable - warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. What stood out immediately was the care put into every detail, from creative and abundant non-alcoholic options (which are so rare and such a special touch) to beautifully selected wines. This isn’t just a meal - it’s a curated tasting experience. Every course felt intentional, artistic, and full of complex, colorful flavor combinations that pushed us (in the best way) outside of our usual choices. If you’re looking for a memorable fine dining experience in Florence, this is absolutely worth it - whether you drink alcohol or not. One thing I’ll say: come in with an open mind. Don’t read reviews and arrive with rigid expectations - that’s not fair to the chef or the experience. This is about exploration. Let them guide you, trust the process, and experience their work as the art it is. Also worth noting - I’m a notoriously picky eater, and I enjoyed every single course. That alone says a lot. 🙂 If you’re looking for something quick, simple, or plain pasta, this may not be your spot - and that’s okay. But if you want thoughtful, elevated Italian cuisine, genuine hospitality, and a dining experience that feels special from start to finish, I highly recommend coming here. Huge thank you to the incredible staff, chefs, and owners for such a memorable night. Grazie mille!!

We just had an amazing time at Ristorante Pietrabianca. We first enjoyed the “wine window” experience, and then had a superb dinner inside the actual restaurant. The service and the food were superb. I highly recommend this beautiful restaurant when visiting Florence.

Excellent dining experience. Service was top tier, also the flavors were excellent. Well balanced and delicious. The wine recommendation was the perfect choice for our meal. The deconstructed tiramisu was one of the most creative dishes I’ve had in Italy and by far the most unique during many trips to Florence.
