We had a very enjoyable meal here. The homemade Sienese pici with ragù was rich, comforting and full of flavour. The new black truffle steak pasta was beautifully balanced, with the truffle complementing the beef without being overpowering. The salad was fresh, crisp and a great accompaniment to the meal. A special thank you to Barhdadi, who was attentive, friendly and professional throughout our visit. The service was warm and efficient, making us feel genuinely welcome. A lovely dining experience overall. We’d be very happy to return.
We walked in at 10 in the night without any wait, and thanks to Robert who took care of us, enjoyed the most delicious meal. We ordered a plate cappellacci pasta with butter sauce and a plate of fillet steak and both were awesome. The creamy butterness goes really well with the cappellacci filling, and the medium-rare steak was super smooth and melted in our mouths. Would definitely recommend to anyone stopping by in Florence!
This was a wonderful meal. All pasta made in house. Any frozen items (there were few) are noted, so no surprises. I appreciated that. The wine we asked for they were out of and the server came back prepared as she let us know to offer us a comparable bottle which was great. We were able to sit outside and listen to the music being played in the square behind us, but inside the dining room seemed very nice as well. We would definitely return.
A very interesting restaurant where you can watch fresh pasta being made right in front of you. The place was lively and quite busy, but thankfully we didn’t have to wait too long for a table. The staff was fast, attentive, and really made us feel taken care of throughout the evening. I would just recommend mentioning your preferred level of al dente when ordering, as my pasta was a bit firmer than I expected and had less sauce than I personally prefer. Overall, it’s definitely worth visiting — especially if you enjoy fresh homemade pasta and a vibrant atmosphere. 🍝✨
Fantastic service, fantastic food! Best to make a reservation, they were busy on the both nights that we dined there. Yup, was so good that we visited them twice. The tagletalia manzo is a must to order. Absolutely loved it. Their tiramisu is made different too. So light, you just cannot stop eating it.
