This half-day workshop in the Tuscan countryside suits anyone interested in designing and forging personalized wedding or friendship rings.
Description
Escape the tourist crowds of Florence and spend a creative day forging jewelry in a historic, air-conditioned workshop located half an hour from the city. Under the guidance of a local craftsman, you will design and forge your own unique ring from start to finish, including melting the metal, shaping, engraving, and polishing the final piece.
No prior knowledge is needed, and you will learn traditional Tuscan goldsmith techniques. You can also bring old family jewelry to transform into new pieces during the workshop. The hands-on process includes rolling metal plates, pulling wire, sawing, filing, hammering, sanding, and polishing.
A local snack is provided, along with coffee, tea, and water. All participants leave with a personally crafted ring.

Silver is paid separately on site (approximately 3 grams per ring at €3.50 per gram). If you prefer to work with gold, please inform the organizer in advance to arrange materials.
