Hotel that feels like a palace 🏛️, in the heart of center Florence, impecable room 👌🏼🛌🏼 with a frescos on the ceiling, Great service and best recommendations from the concierge staff, book if available 🛎️💥
The wall paintings were beautiful and created a great atmosphere, but there were several issues. It was very difficult to find a place to charge my phone. The bed sheets or cushions (I’m not sure which) had a very unpleasant smell. In addition, the room fragrance was extremely strong, which was quite uncomfortable as I am sensitive to strong scents. We drank water from the room, but were later charged for it at checkout, which felt unreasonable considering the price of the hotel. The bathroom, toilet, lighting, and overall decor are quite outdated and really need some renovation. It’s sad to see such a beautiful hotel being kept in such poor condition.
had a lovely stay here! I booked the economy room but it was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and kind to me when I had to check out and rebook a train to leave the city. I would definitely stay here again
Gorgeous hotel in a great area of Florence. Easily walkable from both the train station and all of the major sights in the old city. The front desk people were kind, accommodating, and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and historic with original 17th century murals on the ceiling. Absolutely incredible. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.
