This place has virtual check-in and keyless entry which was very convenient. The apartment we stayed in was very spacious with good amenities. We had an issue with only having ice cold water one day but we were able to resolve it. The host is very responsive through WhatsApp at all hours of the day. They give a generous daily breakfast credit for guests to spend at one of two local cafes. We tried both cafes, and both were pretty darn good. It's a little bit of a chore to get upstairs to your room with large suitcases, especially if you're on floor 3 or higher, but that didn't take away from having a very homey place to stay, at a very fair price, in a great, walkable location.

The location was excellent, and the overall area was very convenient. However, the room absolutely did not match the price. It felt very old and outdated, with worn furniture and a lack of aesthetic appeal. For the amount charged, I expected a much better standard and a more modern renovation. The property would really benefit from reconstruction or refurbishment, as everything looked quite shabby.

Our lovely apartment was located in the centre of Florence old town. Many bars and restaurants nearby as well as the famous sites of the city. Queues can be long; book ahead online to avoid the lines Once the day travellers departed our lively day time street became a quiet oasis, and yet we were able to socialise in busy settings nearby. Bob provided very clear instructions and access by code was easy; as was check in/out Bob helpfully kept in touch during our stay. The third floor apartment was ideal for an older couple with a lift to our floor. High ceilings gave a sense of space. AC was available to heat and cool. Useful at night even in mid April! The property was clean and tidy upon arrival. We enjoyed, decent kitchen facilities, ideal for a short say; a comfortable bed; great sleep; quality bedding and towels. A compact shower room suited us well. Appropriate storage. Maybe a few more hooks would be useful. Plenty of hot water on tap. There is even more to enjoy of day to day Italian life and culture if you’re prepared to venture out of the very touristy heart of old town Florence. We had a great stay in a fabulous city, and found a few gems off the beaten track.

Booked an apartment for 3 people so we had a double room and a sofa bed. Room was clean. Shower rain out of hot water very quickly so we had to shower one person every 45 minutes, which was inconvenient. Kitchen had most things except no kettle… which was odd, and I raised with their online service team, but this is not included in the apartment. Our apartment faced the road and so was noisy despite being 4th floor and made sleep difficult. Location was good though, near a good supermarket and Ponte Vecchio. Would probably look elsewhere to stay next time personally. Edit in response to Bob W team, I raised this with your online Live Chat team and stated a kettle wasn’t included and asked me to check the back building for it and there wasn’t one. There’s not much more a guest can do. Please check your apartments inventory.
