Just wonderful. The room and front desk are beyond great. The weather was horrible in Florence and too hot we had to stay inside so much and they still made it wonderful. So many good things about these people and this place

Pricey but worth it. Phenomenal service. Excellent breakfast in a classy dining room. Rooms are tight but probably on par for Europe. Best part is central location 3 min from Duomo but still tucked away on a quiet side street.

Stayed here years ago and would really rate it 4.5 (half star off for service). Impressed with the room quality, cleanliness, and linens. Great location by the Duomo / Uffizi, and breakfast selection was excellent (included fresh-squeezed, custom juices, smoothies, omelet station!) Would definitely stay again!

We had an incredible stay at Hotel Brunelleschi, especially in the Deluxe Tower room, nestled in the oldest building in Florence. The service was impeccable—Antonella went above and beyond helping us with every need, and the doorman and entire staff made us feel truly welcome. The rooms were spacious and elegant, blending history with modern comfort. Best part is its literally 90 secs from the Duomo. without a doubt, we’ll be returning for another stay!

Let me start with the location, it’s absolutely perfect. You can walk to almost everything you’d want to see, right in the heart of Florence with all the history and energy around you. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. The hotel itself has a beautiful design and such a great atmosphere. Our room was spotless and very spacious, and the complimentary bottle of champagne was a lovely touch that made the stay even more special. The service truly stood out, every request we had (even just a coffee) was handled quickly and with genuine care. They were always polite and attentive, even apologizing for the smallest delays. Florence is already an incredible city, but this hotel made our experience even more memorable.
