I had a lovely stay at Glimpse in Florence and it honestly had some of the best service I’ve experienced at a hotel. When I arrived, I was greeted by two wonderful staff members who immediately made me feel welcome and took great care of me during check-in. Once I got to the room, I was shocked by the incredible views and the beautiful room setup. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. One small detail I really appreciated was the water pressure in the shower — it was fantastic, which is something that surprisingly isn’t always the case at hotels. Breakfast was absolutely perfect. My partner and I were amazed by both the quality of the food and the level of service, especially considering it was a complimentary breakfast. It was easily the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. In 2025 alone I stayed at over 60 hotels and resorts, and this one truly stood out. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel and I will absolutely be staying here again the next time I’m in Florence in May.
I had an amazing stay at Glimpse Hotel! The location couldn’t be better — close to everything yet calm and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help, making my stay truly memorable. Special thanks to Alina Ripa for her warm hospitality — we absolutely loved the flower arrangement, and the birthday cake was delicious! First, I have never written a review, ever. The Glimpse Hotel Florence met our criteria when searching for a four night vacation hotel in Florence, Italy. It exceeded our expectations when we stayed in September. Having read other reviews about the beautifully remodeled boutique hotel and its fabulous location in the heart of historic Florence, I wish to focus on the staff. We booked our reservation directly with the hotel. They answered emailed questions and booked dining reservations for us in advance of our arrival. We were incredibly impressed by the front desk staff that we met first via emails then in person. They were each amazing with their gracious help in many ways while we stayed for four nights. As the hotel is rated four star, the people with The Glimpse Hotel were five star including the cafe staff.
