1st for the room they are not modern style but very clean. Have all you need in a *** hotel. 2nd Service excellent. Friendly and helpful. 3rd top If you want to be near the city, both railway stations and still not to close inside tourist areas and pay much more.

Student housing. Large bath with tub and shower wand, toilet and bidet. A box that looks like a fridge has a note taped to the door saying that it isn’t suitable for storing food. Basically, it’s just a box inside another box for not rational reason. They need small refrigerators that work; it’s not rocket science. The AC worked fairly well but be advised it’s one of those euro-style controls that provide little control, and only work mysteriously. Nice kitchen/dining area downstairs and serviced by two elevators which is a big plus. Down the street are a few restaurants, noting di Napoli is the standout choice with top notch staff and great pizza, broad menu & played to a full house the evening I was there. They whisked me off the street and I’m glad they did! There’s a grocery store a block away with a great selection is busy and is well stocked. Meridiana could be better but at least has some supporting actors. Average value and nice staff.

The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Santa Maria del Fiore. It's not a modern-looking hotel, but that's to be expected for the price. If you're renting a car, the nearby Parterre municipal underground parking garage costs €15 per day and is just a short walk from the hotel. There's also a supermarket, several pizzerias, bakeries, and restaurants within walking distance, which is very convenient. Overall, it's a great place to stay for the price.

The stay was okay overall. The hotel is quite old but generally clean, which was positive. However, the bathroom was very outdated and could definitely use renovation. The overall impression was average, and nothing stood out in particular. I would not choose to stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, and my room had a nice balcony. However, cleanliness could be better I noticed hair on the bathroom wall. The hotel shows signs of age, especially in the hallways, and there was a noticeable “old” smell. On the positive side, it’s very close to supermarkets, the bus station, and many restaurants. Overall, it was a decent stay, but better cleaning and maintenance would improve the experience.
