We really enjoyed the stay. The hotel is very beautiful, lovely architecture, with high painted ceilings. The courtyard is extremely nice, it is just perfect to sit and relax after a long day of walking. Staff very professional and friendly. Good breakfast included. Pricey but worth the money. P.S. be aware that the entrance in the parking lot is quite narrow, a bigger car fits in a bit more difficult but is manageable.

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days for business and had the BEST experience. Extremely kind staff who made you feel at home. Cleaning service you’d find at a 5 star hotel with fresh sheets, towels, water bottles… It’s rare to find hotels in Florence like this these days when everything is overrun but tourist traps trying to make easy money. Antique furniture and artwork perfectly chosen. You can see this hotel is truly cared for by management and owners. Thanks for a wonderful stay & I hope to return soon!
Liana is an elegant, charming, hotel with wonderful service and is close to the major sites. The breakfast there is delicious and includes eggs, croissants, various cakes and juices. The staff will also happily make you a cappuccino if you ask. This is one of our favorite hotels in Europe!
