Reviews
We had a beautiful three night stay, had originally booked a courtyard room but were upgraded to the largest room with the terrace overlooking the pool and the jacuzzi bath in room. Was a lovely surprise as we were celebrating our engagement (staff didn’t know) The large room with high ceilings were beautiful, bathroom very modern and the best is big and comfortable. Used the pool too, was perfect to come back mid day in the July heat to cool off. The aircon did feel abit lack lusting, but we were in a room with the 35c+ sun beating on it all day. Location is 20 minutes away from the tourist centre which was nice to have a walk in and explore but not be in the thick of the chaos. We really enjoyed our stay, Maria who was available to help us was so lovely and recomended the most amazing patisserie.
Excellent pool area
We stayed for three nights. The rooms were clean, fresh and the bathroom looked newly renovated. A plus is that they had a pool which was great when we visited Florence in the worst heat wave. The service was perfect and the girl at the reception was super cute and helpful. It took about 15-20 minutes to walk to town. Can really recommend this hotel
It's a 3 star hotel, as the pool would make it 4 star. But.... unless you put yourself in the pool before 17:00... bad luck. Personnel leaves at 17:00 and close the door to the pool. But.... this is Firenze. Who come back before 17:00 i order to secure an evening in the pool. We had room 104. 2 days no internet and no airco. The latter we did not notice as we were till 22:00 in the pool and afterwards opened the door in the room. Third day we came back afte 18:00 and.... no pool and 26 degrees in the room and no improvement with help from receptionist of the main hotel. Only positive is that after that she offered to transfer to another room and that one functioned. And was not lile an underground grave as well.
In general it was amazing experience. The only thing I didn’t like that there was no staff after 17:00 and it’s a bit difficult. To be fair the staff answers watsapp very quickly
