Favorite hotel in Florence!! Will definitely visit again!!
Took 37 mins to be attended after arriving to check in at the time they asked us to. Apparently due to fault with another room, but still extremely long amount of time to wait. Lots of maintenance issues like door to bedroom jammed on floor. Rooms are appointed to a high standard although the design of many aspects is naive - for example, to make coffee you have to find and run a power extension through mid air. Rooms were cold - it was the end of October and thermostat showed rooms were 18.7C and setting heating to 21 and heating mode made no difference.
