We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Milù! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Florence and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and full of character, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence!
Wonderful stay at Hotel Hotel Milu Florence. The staff were warm, attentive and made us feel right at home, and the location was perfect for exploring the city with shops and attractions just a short walk away. Highly recommend for a relaxed and convenient base in Florence.
Hotel Milu was outstanding! The service was very helpful and friendly, particularly Megan at the front desk and the young woman who manned the breakfast buffet. They were responsive to emails before our visit to help us set up transportation for an excursion. We loved the coffee/hot chocolate machine on the 5th floor, as well as the lovely breakfast. It was in a great, safe location from which explore Florence by foot. The hotel had great artwork throughout and modern decor. I gave the room got 4 stars because the air conditioner never cooled the room fully overnight. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel though!
The Milu is a wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of historic Florence. We enjoyed it very much, especially the staff. The front desk team was exceptional. So very helpful and on top of everything. Highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are typically Italian, on the smaller side, but everything else about this hotel was first rate.

The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, clean, and incredibly comfortable. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the front desk staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly personable, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They always greeted us with a smile and were constantly ready to help with recommendations, directions, reservations, or anything else we needed. Their hospitality made us feel so cared for throughout our stay. Hotel Milù played a huge part in making our Florence experience so memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence!
