Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Florence. 2 min away from Palazzo Vecchio and Ponte Vecchio, and 5 min away from the Duomo. Lovely room, free breakfast and free coffee, tea and limoncello. Thank you for making my first stay in Florence delightful.
Honestly, there’s nothing to complain about. The staff are top-notch and always respond quickly if you have any questions. The rooms are clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The breakfast and the location are fantastic — right in the city center. There’s also a common area where you can play chess, which is a nice touch. It’s definitely worth the money, so don’t hesitate to book.
Located at a market-type square. Each morning and evening, vendors are rolling carts over the cobblestones. In the evenings, there were musicians. Very generously sized room, especially for Europe (the high ceiling certainly added to that feel). Bathroom was a nice size and had a towel heater. Our bathroom window was on the alley, making us self-conscious at night. Bathroom door was clear glass and there was an opaque 'curtain' to pull for more privacy. Large shower...it overflowed onto the Bathroom. Lovely breakfast spread. **NOTE there is no lift in this accommodation..
