Thank you, Tivoli Florence. I rarely write reviews, but this hotel truly deserves it. As soon as we walked into the lobby, we could tell this place was special. The hotel smelled wonderful, everything was spotless, and every detail seemed carefully considered. Arriving at such a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere made a big difference. What impressed us most wasn’t just the beauty of the hotel, but the obvious care put into the whole experience. We found out that much of this comes from the hotel manager, and it really shows. You can tell when a place is run by someone who truly cares, and that warmth is felt throughout the hotel. A big thank you to everyone at the reception who was friendly, kind, and truly happy to help. Whatever we needed or asked for, they always greeted us with a smile and made us feel valued. That kind of hospitality is rare and made the difference. Florence is an unforgettable city, but staying at Tivoli Florence made it even more special. Thank you to the whole team for making us feel so welcome and for taking care of us . We hope to come back someday:)
Had a fantastic 3 night stay. My 3rd time there. Staff as ever were welcoming. The breakfasts were varied and the open dining area peaceful. I loved the rooftop with its awesome view of the duomo. Looking forward to stay #4.
A gem hotel in Florence. From the moment we arrived until the second we departed, every aspect of our stay was flawlessly executed. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient. Whether you are in town for business or leisure, it serves as the perfect home base. It is centrally located, making it incredibly easy to navigate the area, access local transportation, and explore nearby attractions without any hassle, however what make this hotel fantastic is his Extraordinary Team. While the location and rooms are fantastic, what truly sets this hotel apart is its staff. They are the heart and soul of this establishment. The Lobby & Reception: We were greeted with warm, genuine smiles that immediately set a welcoming tone for our trip. The Concierge: They went above and beyond to offer tailored recommendations, assist with bookings, and ensure our itinerary was completely stress-free. The Restaurant Staff: Dining here was a joy, not just because of the food, but because the service team was so attentive, accommodating, and kind. The most remarkable thing about the team is how they make you feel. They are remarkably helpful and endlessly accommodating. They don't just treat you like a guest; they make you feel like you are at home—and honestly, even better. It is abundantly clear that they will do absolutely anything in their power to make your stay fantastic. If you are looking for a place that combines ultimate convenience, luxury comfort, and world-class, deeply personal hospitality, look no further. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! The Absolute Highlight of Our 2-Week Italian Vacation! My wife and I recently spent two weeks traveling through Italy in early June, staying in various hotels across Rome, Venice, and Florence. Without a doubt, the Tivoli Hotel in Florence was the absolute standout experience of our entire trip. From the moment we arrived until the second we checked out, we were thoroughly impressed. -Location: Conveniently located within a short walking distance from the Florence train station, making arrival and departure a breeze. It is also just steps away from multiple excellent restaurants and local markets. -Arrival & Reception: Warm, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. From the doormen to the front desk, the first impression set a stellar tone. -Staff & Professionalism: Every single team member we interacted with was professional, genuinely helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. -Dining & Bar Absolutely first-class. The food service was outstanding, and the bar offered a wonderful atmosphere with top-tier service. -Vibe & Atmosphere: The hotel boasts a gorgeous, perfectly curated vintage aesthetic that captures the true, romantic spirit of Florence. If you are planning a trip to Florence, do not hesitate to book the Tivoli. The combination of its unbeatable location, unmatched hospitality, and charming vintage character makes it a true gem. We cannot wait to return!
The hotel was very nice. Beautifully decorated and loved the velvet walls. The bedroom area of the room was a bit small for the deluxe king I reserved, but eventually we got used to it as we were there for 4 nights as a part of our honeymoon. We also had a nice view with a large window to open. The bathroom was super nice and large with very large shower for two! We would definitely book here again when in Florence. All the hotel staff was very nice, helpful and the two bellman were gentlemen. They even assisted us with our Italian as we were continuing to learn and spoke to us in Italian while we were there which was awesome! Thank you guys for helping make our special week that much more special! We appreciate to see great hospitality still exists!
