Important Information

• Because of the security check (which isn't skippable) you might experience some time in line
• The Baptistery is undergoing restoration of the mosaics of the vault and every first Sunday of the month closes at 2.00 pm
• Every first Tuesday of the month the Opera del Duomo Museum is closed and it will be replaced with Santa Reparata Crypt
• Important: A dress code is required. No shorts or sleeveless tops are allowed. Knees and shoulders must be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
• For those who are interested on the Giotto's Bell Tower option, please keep in mind that it is closed for maintenance work from 17 to 21 February, 2025
