Enjoy unlimited Tuscan wine as you master the art of making three different types of pasta: ravioli, tortellini, and pappardelle. Learn to master your rolling pin skills under the charismatic guidance of a fun master chef, who is also a certified tour guide with a wealth of historical knowledge. • Any allergies, intolerances or restrictions to food shall be consulted with the host BEFORE BOOKING. The class takes place in the heart of Florence, in San Lorenzo neighborhood. You will learn to make famous pasta shapes such as ravioli, tortellini or strozzapreti and pappardelle. You can invent new pasta shapes if you want. The class lasts for 3 hours.
