Italian flour, eggs and the desire to make as a group while having fun: Ravioli, fettuccine, gnocchi, Tuscan ragù, vegetable seasonal sauces and desserts like traditional tiramisu. This is what you will prepare with your own hands and taste accompanied by selected wine, in our spacious 1700 room! You can have fun at home, with friends and family, thanks to the recipes we will deliver at the end of the experience. AM Pasta class is held on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 10:45 a.m. 3 hours course. Depending on the chefs' availability, the class can also be done in Spanish and German, but class in these languages is not always assured.
