Join Chefactory Cooking Academy for an unforgettable and unique hands-on culinary experience every Monday, Wednesday and Friday! We kindly ask that you arrive at 9:45 in the morning to ensure that the Check-in process runs smoothly. The location is at the statue of the San Lorenzo Church. Start with a guided tour of Florence’s historical San Lorenzo Central Market, where you'll not only learn, but also taste local specialties such as truffle, balsamic vinegar, sweet wine, prosciutto, cheese, and more. From the farm to the Discover how to select the freshest organic and traditional ingredients and local herbs, just like a chef! Then, stroll down Via Cavour to our fully equipped kitchen, where you'll prepare a seasonal and traditional four-course Tuscan meal. Depending on the availability of the chefs, the class can also be held in Spanish, German, Franch, english, Italian. The cost is €87.00 per person, vegetarian option available.
