Our stay here was a 10/10! Everything from the room cleanliness, to the service and location was beyond our expectation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to be close enough to the attractions yet in a quiet upscale hotel away from the crowds.
We stayed here for 3 nights in late June. The location was nice, close to Ponte Vecchio and within walking distance of Uffizi and Palazzo Vecchio. The room was fantastic, overlooking the river, and the service was truly exceptional. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the thoughtful service. Rashid was so helpful, pleasant, and wonderful to talk to. He suggested several restaurants that were excellent. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!!
Highly recccommend this hotel!! This is exceptional. The customer service, the rooms, amazing air conditioner. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Very clean rooms, overall lobby great smell and air. I would come back to stay
Very comfortable clean hotel. Great to have nespresso machines and irons in the rooms. There are no common spaces or other facilities, but the rooms themselves are great. the perfect base for Firenze!
I had a really great stay at this hotel. The hospitality was outstanding — the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. They truly made me feel welcome. The room was very clean, comfortable, and felt just like home. Everything in the room was new and well-maintained, and you could tell they really care about cleanliness. The room was also quite spacious, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was excellent as well — just a 10-minute distance from the city centre, which made it very convenient. If I visit Florence again, I would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it.
