We’ve been in Florence for three days and were in Rome before that. This is the best food I’ve had all week. The Pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale (pappardelle with boar ragu) was a fresh, savory revelation. My 12 year old daughter kept stealing some bites so I let her have the last half. Honestly, EVERYTHING we had here was incredible. The Tortelli with meat sauce, even the side potatoes and vegetables were so good. My daughter got Tagliolini without the truffle, so it was just butter and parmesan cheese and honestly it was rich and tasty. My son loved the filet. I wish it wasn’t our last night here. I’d go back 😂 Amazing service too, and beautiful presentation. I briefly spoke to the chef after and thanked him. He was very gracious. This is the type of Italian food experience I hoped for, as this is my first time here. Thanks for making it a great experience!
We had a perfect dinner and a really nice lunch at Osteria Antica Casa Torre. After the dinner with tasty pasta, gnocci, Caprese and delicious Spritz and Chianti wine we decided to come back for lunch which was really good as well! The service is very friendly and attentive and also really fast. They offer the possibility to sit outside which is really nice. We would come back. Thank you.
We stopped by Osteria Antica Casa Torre and had an amazing meal. The steak was honestly one of the best dishes we had on our trip—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and something I’d order again in a heartbeat. We also had a pasta dish that was just as good, fresh, simple, and exactly what you hope for when eating in Italy. The food, atmosphere, and service all came together to make it a great experience. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend giving this place a try. We’ll definitely be back if we ever return!

The Ravioli was excellent The soup wasn’t so much.. felt lot of bread soaked in and was very bland The Agretti was good but seemed over cooked and very vinegary with fluid sitting at the bottom of the bowl, not sure if that’s how it is suppose to be…. Outdoor seating was available and Nice!
If you want authentic and delicious food, this is the place to go! We were looking for a charming spot for lunch and found it here. Located on the far left of the restaurant, by the small square, you'll find incredibly friendly service and fantastic food :) The burschetta was outstanding, as it uses special small, aromatic tomatoes (the photo only shows a quarter of the portion; it was so delicious we almost ate it all right away). We also had pasta, one carbonara and one with porcini mushrooms, and were thrilled with the culinary execution – simply delicious! The restaurant has a very cute atmosphere, and the service was incredibly friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!!!
