I had a fantastic pedicure at Nisa Spa near Santo Spirito. I was looking for some pampering after miles and miles of walking in Florence. Albina is the Michelangelo of manicurists - my feet are now smooth as marble and toes painted perfectly! It was a lovely, relaxing experience in a spotless and peaceful space offering massage, facials and nail services. I will be back.
We stop by without appointment and they were very nice and made time for me and my daughter. Do not go in a hurry because they actually take time on doing a great job. I loved how they took care of my nails and use the best technique instead of that machine they love to use in most countries in Europe that ruins nails. It isn’t cheap but 100% recommend it.
I had a wonderful 90-minute Thai oil massage. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and completely in tune with my body, adjusting the pressure and technique whenever needed. After several recent flights, I was feeling tight, swollen, and exhausted, but she seemed to understand exactly what my body needed. I left feeling relaxed, flexible, and almost euphoric. The tea afterward was such a thoughtful finishing touch. A truly healing experience ...I would absolutely return.
I decided to give this place a try even though it had only one review at the time, and I’m glad I did. The spa is modern, spotless, and even has a shower in the treatment room, which was a nice touch. I received one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had from Ram. She took the time to ask which areas needed the most attention and regularly checked in to make sure the pressure was comfortable throughout the session. Another thoughtful gesture came from the owner, Nisa, who gifted a soap and body lotion set to the first 200 customers. The business had only been open for about 5–6 days when I visited, which explains why there weren’t many reviews yet. Based on my experience, I expect that to change very soon.
One of the best massages I ever had! Nisa and the team have been extremely professional and kind. I found this place by chance but I wish I had more days in Florence to try other massage options. Albina, is an incredibly talented masseuse and her draining massages put me back up on my feet after a long walk under the heating sun!
