In the elegant heart of Cibrèo at Helvetia & Bristol, an immersive experience combining gastronomic culture and conviviality comes to life: the Cibrèo Cooking Class, designed for those who want to discover the authentic soul of Tuscan cuisine according to Fabio Picchi's vision. In the splendid “Tinello” kitchen designed by Riccardo Barthel, under the expert guidance of the Cibrèo brigade, participants will have the opportunity to prepare and taste some of the most beloved signature dishes: from the famous Tagliolino Cacio e Burro to the tasty Braciola taglio Bistecca and the iconic Purè, a symbol of comfort and delicacy.
