My partner, her mother and I came to Florence and found this little gem. We've been to Italy multiple times and can happily say this is our favourite restaurant by far. The food is all homemade from home grown, local ingredients, and so full of flavour. The waiters and waitresses are all so lovely and attentive, and are a real credit to the restaurant too! Then you have the lovely indoor and outdoor setting, you have to see for yourself. We just had to come back a second time before our visit to Florence came to an end. Thank you to the owners and staff for running this lovely place and making our experience an unforgettable one. We will remember you. Val and Terry ☺️
What a wonderful location — absolutely. But even without the beautiful garden nursery surroundings, this food would stand out! Incredible courses, including the best and most unique gnocchi I’ve ever eaten. The servers were friendly and helpful. They even called us a taxi to get home after and helped with my unusual drink request. This was a fantastic meal and truly memorable. Do yourself a favour and book in for this one!
A wonderful romantic dinner in a greenhouse/garden setting. The waiters were so helpful. The dishes were creative and so well done. We were tourists in Florence and we’re glad we ventured out of the city center to come here, it was worth it!
Best restaurant in Florence, where ingredients and the search for contrasts, cooking techniques, and surprising plating come together. Excellent wine cellar. The location is delightful: inside a greenhouse you are surrounded by plants and flowers, all enhanced by sublime décor and meticulous attention to detail. For me, Le Lune is the best restaurant in Florence, far removed from the usual, limited tourist offerings, where Tuscan cuisine has now been standardized into the same "four" dishes. Here, Tuscan cuisine takes shape in a surprising way, working with top-quality ingredients and restoring true value to the local culinary tradition.
