Perfectly cooked T-bone and ribeye steaks—juicy, flavorful, and made with top-quality beef. Easily among the best steaks we’ve ever had. We’ll definitely be back!
Excellent service, we ate a cold meat and cheese platter which was a good dish,pici pasta with wild boar and a main course of Florentine steak and beef fillet in mustard sauce. Everything was delicious and when we return to Florence we will definitely come back here.
We had an amazing experience at Trattoria Furenze. We tried the Florentine T-bone steak, around 1.2 kg, and it was cooked perfectly. The staff were very friendly, showed us the meat before cooking, and served it on a hot plate, which was a great touch. The restaurant is small but memorable, with excellent food, great service, and reasonable prices for the quality. Highly recommended!
What started with a perfectly cooked sliced sirloin made us come back the next day just to try their steak — and it absolutely did not disappoint. Even the pasta was just right, honestly the best pasta I had during my Europe trip. But beyond the food, the warm atmosphere and the genuinely accommodating crew made the experience even more special. Every greeting came with a smile, and you could really feel the heart behind the place. More than just a meal, it was an experience we’ll remember in Florence.
Our new favourite spot! Service was incredible and the food was done to perfection. There are so many places in Florence you can dine at and we were so happy to have found this place. We ate lots and enjoyed our experience from start to finish. The tripe & bistecca is a must! Special shout out to Fabio! We will definitely be coming back!
