A hotel in the perfect location in the center of Florence, close to everything within walking distance. The room was amazing and very unique, clean, and thoughtfully designed down to every detail. The service was wonderful, highly recommended
Very fine hotel. Could honestly be a 5 star based on the quality of service, the beauty of the rooms, and the additional services the hotel can offer such as assisting with private transportation. I stayed here with my family (3 rooms total) and we were all very happy, location is of course very good. Strongly recommend
We stayed at Casa Howard and in the Drawing room suite over Christmas and had the absolute best experience, exceeding all our expectations! The hotel is centrally located but just s distance away from the most intense tourism streams. During our stay the staff was always incredibly helpful, welcoming and made us feel like home. The only thing that could have elevated the stay would be if they could have a reception on the first level of the building making it more luxurious and welcoming. A bar for the guests would also be amazing. Other than that - no remarks! Will always stay here when in Firenze!
Casa Howard was an absolute gem and one of my favorite stays in Italy. I spent one night here the first week of December, and from the moment I booked, communication was immediate and thoughtful, the concierge team had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do while in town. If you’re traveling by train and want to easily explore the Duomo, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, and the historic center on foot, it truly doesn’t get easier than this. The Florence train station is an easy 5-minute walk, which was perfect since I had an early departure. When I mentioned I’d miss breakfast, the concierge even offered a boxed breakfast to take with me. The attention to detail is exceptional. The concierge team truly goes above and beyond. My room was enormous and beautifully designed, and the bathroom was just as large, featuring a stunning clawfoot tub right in the center. Don’t miss Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica next door—Elegant, thoughtful, and perfectly located. I’d stay here again without hesitation.
