I stay for work in Florence every year for Pitti Filati. Dimora Palanca was my favorite stay out of the last 4 years of hotels! The front desk was exceptional. They had great bed side manner, great at recommendations, and so efficient and helpful. The hotel itself was stunning, and because it had a courtyard with high walls, it felt private and secluded. The hotel location was excellent! It was in the heart of Florence with out being super close to the Duomo, aka tourist trap. It was also SUPER clean. I am not sure why this isnt rated higher on booking.com I have to give a special shout out to the front desk concierge, Ayman. He made us feel so welcome, and was so great to chat with, get suggestions, and general Florence info. Well done!
Super beautiful hotel just outside the chaos of city center, but only a short walk away from all the happenings. Place feels super bright and clean and is overall stunning, plus service is amazing (and the breakfast!). A new favorite hotel of mine.
Our stay at Hotel Dimora in Florence was truly an exceptional experience, and we are happy to give it a perfect 10/10. From the very moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Adriano, whose kindness, warmth and professionalism completely impressed us. It is rare to meet someone who takes such genuine care of their guests. Throughout our entire stay he was incredibly helpful – giving us wonderful recommendations on what to see in Florence and Tuscany, helping us plan our daily route and sharing valuable tips that made our trip even more special. The hotel itself is beautiful – the rooms are elegant, extremely clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Everything is at a very high standard: the service, cleanliness, atmosphere and the overall care for guests. We especially appreciated the small gestures of attention – arranging taxis for us, welcoming us every day and making us feel truly taken care of. It is hard to remember the last time we experienced such a level of genuine hospitality. Adriano truly made our stay special and unforgettable. If you are coming to Florence and looking for a place where you will feel genuinely welcome, Dimora is a perfect choice. Thank you for a wonderful experience – we would be delighted to come back again.
