Great location and amazong breakfast! If you are a tourist, this place should be your definite stay while in Florence. Located right outside the SM Novella stations, this place is extremely well connected to all spots across Florence and the pickup point for day tours from Florence as well. The breakfast spread is really good. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets very closeby.
We had a wonderful stay at c-hotels Ambasciatori and would especially like to thank Marcel at the reception for his excellent customer service. He was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel location is fantastic — only a 2-minute walk from the train station, making it super convenient for travellers. There are also plenty of restaurants around the hotel with many choices to enjoy, and a convenience store just behind the hotel which was very handy. Another great point is that most of the main landmarks are within walking distance, so it was easy to explore the city. The only area that could be improved is the lighting in the room, as we found it a little too dark. Aside from that, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay again.
a great value for the price. the location is ideal . if you come from the airport and take the direct tram it drops you in front of the hotel, next day i was able to take the train without dragging my luggages across town. really convenient. the historic center is only a few street away. the breakfast was a great buffet with a lot of variety, and the cocktail hour was also wonderful. the staff is very friendly and helpful. great experience!
