One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff is kind and attentive. Rooms are spacious (I had a single). I had been told that AC in Europe is not what it is in USA. But it was perfect in my room. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Great location to walk to all the hot spots in Florence.
The hotel is amazing! The localization of the hotel is perfect for a quick walk to all the major tourist places in Florenece. The staff and overall service of the hotel is great. The rooms are completely modern, clean and comfortable to travel with your family. Completely recommend it!
Stayed for 3 nights in June with a free upgrade to 4th floor room with balcony. The room was very comfortable, very clean and well equipped. Included soft drinks and snacks mini bar were well stocked. Aircon worked well although a little noisy. Spa was lovely with no booking issues, outdoor plunge pool was a good space and very quiet in the day, a little smoke drifting from down stairs bar. Self service breakfast was excellent with good variety of hot and cold offerings, pastries, cakes and fruits. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Very accessible to the city centre whilst being in a relatively quiet area.
This was my first visit to Florence. The IQ Hotel made our stay so incredibly great. Special thanks to Elisa at the front desk who was absolutely amazing. From recommending incredible restaurants to the best leather shop in town to arranging a private driver for us to travel to the countryside she was so accommodating and friendly and wonderful. The rooms here are fantastic so modern and so clean. From the welcoming charcuterie board and proseco to the friendliness of all of the staff I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is within walking distance to everything! Grazie Grazie to this hotel in making our Florence stay spectacular. We'll be back!!!!
Enjoyed our stay here in Florence quite a bit. This hotel is in a great location, not in the center where it’s totally chaotic, but not too far. It’s very walkable to everything in Florence! The hotel staff were all hospitable and kind. The hotel room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast room was lovely and had a great view - breakfast food could better though. Overall, had a great stay here and would recommend to others!
