La Prosciutteria Firenze
Florence
Recenzje
One of he top foods on our list in Italy was a good porchetta sandwich. We researched a lot, and settled on La Prosciuttria Firenze. We were almost pulled into fancier looking delis on our way, but I'm glad we held out. The pork was seasoned Perfectly, the focaccia bun was salty and the perfect bun. Staff were friendly, and when you see local chefs and trades people eating, you know it's the best place to be! EnD Adventures
La Prosciutteria is one of our absolute favorite places in Florence. We come back every single time, and for good reason. #4 is our go-to order and never disappoints—it’s the one thing we always have to get when we’re here. The quality is incredible, from the fresh meats and cheeses to the perfectly prepared ingredients. Everything is full of flavor and feels authentically Tuscan. The atmosphere is lively, charming, and exactly the kind of place that makes you fall in love with Florence. Some restaurants you try once, but this is the kind of spot that becomes a tradition. Every trip back to Florence includes a stop here for #4. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We stopped by La Prosciutteria Firenze and honestly it was one of the highlights of my time in Florence. The place has a very authentic, rustic feel and a lively atmosphere that makes you want to just sit and enjoy the moment. We had one of their famous taglieri and it was excellent — generous portions, very fresh ingredients, and a great mix of flavors. The cured meats and cheeses were clearly high quality, and the bread was just perfect. It’s a bit busy and seating is tight, but that’s part of the experience. A great spot for a casual meal with a glass of wine, and definitely worth visiting if you’re in the area.
My friend that lives in Firenze have taken me there on my second night and I was there at least for a wine everyday until the end of my trip (I was in Firenze 5 more days). It is not a big space so the sitting is a bit limited (which is typical for Firenze). I would suggest first taking a platter of meats and cheeses and asking the recommendation from the staff. We took on one of my visits a smaller platter of local cheeses and meats for two people and the lady that worked there made as a platter which was a great combination and added some spreads and vegetables. It was so good. One day I ordered schiacciate Number 17 and really enjoyed it. It was tasty and ingredients worked very well together. And don't forget to try their house wine! It was so good I took the big bottle back home.
Just dropped by this restaurant after noticing its high rating and large number of reviews. Tried their meat platter and best seller bread — overall, the experience was decent. House wine (red or white) also not bad, just EUR3.50 per class. What really stood out to me was the unique interior design, which is quite special. That said, there’s still room for improvement in other areas.
