This was by far one of the best experiences we have had in Italy! Nick! ..❤️ Thank you for your kindness! This hotel is beautiful. In the middle of great restaurants and shopping. The staff presents such an amazing breakfast catered to your wants. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. We had an early morning excursion and they prepared a breakfast for us the night before with danish, muffins, etc. We requested laundry service and we received our clothes beautifully folded at a very reasonable price. It was the care and attention from the staff that sets this hotel out from the rest. “Check out” time felt more like we were leaving family! Lots of warm hugs as we left! 🤗 💕
My husband and I had a fantastic stay here! The location is nice and central with all things in walking distance. The service was incredible, kind and polite! The breakfast each day was fantastic also. The rooms are also fantastically soundproofed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, making it easy to get anywhere, with a variety of shops, restaurants, and great gelato spots just steps away. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was beautiful and spotless, and the breakfast was lovely with a great selection to choose from. We loved everything about our stay and would definitely come back!
Excellent location, excellent service. Camilla was extremely helpful and made our stay very enjoyable (Nicolas very nice too, provided me with some ice for an ice pack when my knee was acting up, and I think he was the one responsible for all the wonderful fruit on the yogurt and muesli). My husband got the more sweet breakfasts (waffles and pancakes) but once I had the yogurt with muesli and fruit, I couldn’t go back. There was so much fruit, freshly sliced and so artfully arranged, delicious and very filling. Located within a 10 minute walk to everything you want to see and some excellent restaurants & gelato. On two days of our visit, we had to leave before breakfast was available and they made us a breakfast tray the night before so we could still have something to eat. They even included sandwiches on our day trip to Venice. It was amazing how soundproof the windows were. Had a nice shower and double tub.
