Had dinner here outside after I proposed! It was a wonderful experience and deserving of Michelin star. In regards to service, it matched up to what you would expect from a Michelin star restaurant. The sommelier was very friendly and informative and even gave us a little sample of a wonderful cab franc supertuscan. The waiter was also wonderful and generous. We had the wine tasting with the Solaia and Tignanello and it was amazing. In regards to food, we had the roasted lamb (good), the amberjack (great) and my favorite was the beef tartare. The chives, onions and the side of pickled onions made a perfect pairing reminiscent of sweet chopped bluefin tuna that I had in Tokyo but with the meaty richness of beef. The atmosphere was beautiful as well with a backdrop of the vineyard hill where Antinori grows their grapes. Would love to come back here next time I am in Tuscany.
This was a very memorable experience at the michelin starred restaurant, excellent wine paired beautifully with amazing food. After our lunch, we also had the honour of seeing the wine cellar and the church, with a bit of history introduction from our waiter. Sitting outside among toscan wine yards was magical. For every lover of the Antinori wines - this is a must!
Incredible dining experience with friends. Service commensurate with a Michelin restaurant. We had a paired food and wine experience. Great way to learn about the Antinori family and history. If you have time, go for a tour of the cave.
Osteria di Passignano offers an exceptional Tuscan dining experience. The food is delicious, highlighting traditional flavors, and the wine list is superb. The ambiance is charming and elegant, and the service is friendly and professional. It's a perfect spot for a truly memorable meal.
