We didn't even plan on coming here. We stubbled on to this place. Well glad we did! The food was an absolute joy as well as their service.
My husband & I ate here on our honeymoon. The Tuscan vibes were immaculate: full of locals. Everything we ordered was delicious. Our server (Daniel) was great! He suggested the perfect drink pairing with our food. He even asked the kitchen to cook the Bistecca alla fiorentina slightly more than normal. We would certainly return!
Best steak we’ve ever tasted. Le Fonticine was recommended by our hotel and so far it’s the best meal we have eaten. The Fiorentine steak far exceeded our expectations. We also had some very nice wine and dolce. If we ever return to Florence then we will be back!
Fantastic food, best tiramisu my wife has ever had. Lovely service and an amazing restaurant. Choice of sitting in the dining room or watching the chefs work their magic in the kitchen. All of the staff were welcoming and we felt right at home. Would love to visit again!
The food was fantastic and the service was exceptional as well. The restaurant has a very familial atmosphere. The highlights were the Florentine steak on a wood-fired grill and the tiramisu. Special shoutout to the chef Mateo and our host Dario for making our experience unforgettable. We’re looking forward to our next visit here while in Florence.
