Reviews
We were sitting in the backside of the restaurant and it had a nice and calm atmosphere. The service was amazing and the Food was really great. Price is also completely OK for Florence.
I got this place recommended by a friend who said she had the best pizza ever in this place some years ago. Went in with high expectations around 16:00. Took the burrata and anchovies with small tomatoes and lettuce. To be honest not a lot of anchovies, but that is OK. However the burrata was not creamy at all, seemed like mozarella to me, but okay maybe an error on the menu, it happens. Though it tasted quite cheap, while the price was 13 euros or something, not worth it, but okay, I was there for the pizza. The pizza was literally the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my whole life, and that says something. It tasted a bit funky, was very dry and on top of that, I also found a hair in the crust, but that was AFTER I almost ate the full pizza because I was hungry. I will never go to this place again. The waiter also hinted that it is possible to give a tip, personally I don't like that. I added one photo of the hair to give you an idea, it is on the small piece of crust. It was also quite expensive.
Excellent Excellent Excellent! From the food to the service everything was perfect, we came here for our first dinner in Florence and we came back again for our last. You will not be disappointed. We were served by Indro and Ismail and they were so incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would definitely come back here. Do not miss this gem!
Delicious and authentic Tuscan cuisine! We got the mussels, porcini pasta and Florentine steak. The service was also amazing - we’re from Singapore (Asia) and we felt at home! 🤗
We had dinner at Osteria Le Pietre and went for the Florentine steak—and honestly, it was absolutely top. What I appreciated the most was that the steak was served on a sizzling hot stone. It kept crackling the whole time, and both my girlfriend and I could finish the meat exactly the way we like it. I prefer medium rare, while she likes it more towards medium and beyond—this setup was just perfect for both of us. The service was excellent—very attentive but never intrusive. They had a great sense of timing, knowing when to leave us alone and when we might need something. Really well done. Originally, we weren’t even planning to order the Florentine steak, but after this experience, I’d honestly regret it if we hadn’t. Highly recommended.
