We got the Dante/spicy panini, was delicious. Very pleasant staff, definately recommend for a quick bite to eat. Seems to have a pretty good bar and wine selection!
Had an amazing stop at Pitti Bistrot during our time in Florence. The food was so fresh and full of flavor — the prosciutto and melon, sandwiches, and drinks were exactly what we needed on a hot day walking through the city. What made the experience even better was the incredible staff. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and attentive, and they truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. One of those places that leaves a lasting impression. We’ll definitely be coming back!
One of the best sandwiches we found in Italy! We were looking for somewhere quick to eat and are so happy we found this little bistro. We had no idea how amazing the panini would taste. Many in our group said it was the best food they had the whole week-long trip to Italy! The bread was perfection. Ingredients were so fresh- the worker plucked the herbs in front of us. Never had a better sandwich.
Pitti Bistro, Florence — a place where you don’t just have dinner, you live a moment straight out of a movie. It’s that rare case when everything aligns perfectly: the lighting, the clink of glasses, the taste of wine, and the feeling of being in the very heart of Florence—yet somehow in your own private world. The atmosphere feels like you’ve been invited to dinner by effortlessly stylish Italians who truly know how to live. The menu is concise, but every dish is executed to perfection. Nothing unnecessary—just pure flavor, texture, and balance. The pasta feels like art, the meat like indulgence, and the desserts like a final note that makes you want to applaud. And the service—effortless, unobtrusive, yet impeccably precise. You’re not just being served—you’re being taken care of. And of course, the wine. The kind that turns an evening into a memory. Pitti Bistro isn’t just a restaurant. It’s a mood. It’s style. It’s Florence you’ll want to take with you.
The Diablo panini will be a culinary memory of my visit to Italy. It was flavor packed! If you’re in this area, do not pass up the chance to eat here. We came back two days later. The day was beyond chilly, and they provided a blanket for my lap.
