What a gift to find this incredible hotel in Florence. Amazing rooms, the staff is superb, roof top experiences, located in the center of it all, and nonstop views.
Antica Torre di Via Tornabuoni is an absolute gem, and our stay there ranks among the most memorable hotel experiences we've ever had. The moment you step inside, you feel the history and elegance that sets this property apart. Our room was stunning — beautifully appointed with gorgeous windows that opened to breathtaking views of Florence and the Arno below. Sitting on our private patio and taking in that panorama was something we'll talk about for years. There's nothing quite like watching the light change over the rooftops and river of one of the world's most beautiful cities. The guest services throughout our stay were exceptional. The staff, from check-in to daily room care, made us feel genuinely looked after — attentive without being intrusive. Other guests echoed that same warmth; reviews we'd read in advance mentioned staff members by name because the personal touches were that memorable, and we completely understand why. The rooftop terrace is a showstopper — perfect for evening cocktails with sweeping 360-degree views of the city. Add in the hearty breakfasts each morning and a location that puts you steps from everything Florence has to offer, and this hotel really does deliver on every front.
There was a bottle of prosecco to welcome us and attentive service during our four- night stay. The location couldn’t be better. We were able to easily walk to all the sights and museums on our wish list. The rooftop terrace was a special treat with excellent views all around. Comfortable beds. The breakfast each morning was hearty and good. We would stay here again.
