Hotel is really nice. Staff is amazing and helped us a lot during our stay We had a small AC problem at the room which immediately got fixed by the team . The experience was fantastic ! There are multiple bus stop options that makes the life easier instead of walking as preferences Thanks to the entire team!
The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our stay very enjoyable. The rooms were cleaned daily and maintained to a high standard throughout our visit. The pool area was a particular highlight, peaceful (within the adults only hours), well-kept, and a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The location isn't quite in the heart of town, which would have been more convenient, but it's still within walking distance of main attractions. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others.
This is a beautiful hotel with sauna that offers an unforgettable experience, but what truly sets it apart is its world-class team. I actually started keeping a list of staff members to praise individually, but it quickly became too long because every single person was extraordinary! Their genuine warmth, courtesy, and flawless professionalism made our stay perfect. The hotel is a perfect location to explore Florence and the many historical sites. Just a 15 minute walk to the major sites in the historical center. There are amazing roof decks with views of old florence. Modern sauna and steam room and pool. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. Certainly staying here on my next Firenze holiday!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful, and the rooms are modern and spacious. They offer a delicious breakfast in beautiful garden and there is a wonderful view of the city from the rooftop lounge.
Great and helpful staff. Excellent location – about 20–25 minutes to the city center. Hassle-free parking – the staff parks the car in the underground garage. Beautiful rooms, cleaned every day. Great wellness facilities, suitable even for small children. An excellent choice, we will definitely come back.
